Jewelry Night at the Lion's Den

All That Glitters

Wednesday, April 16th 7 pm – 9 pm

The public is welcome.

For over thirty years Scott Cusson has been president of Brinsmaids, a family owned independent retail jewelry store in New Canaan, CT.  Scott’s mission to blend the best of a classic jewelry tradition with the creative energy of the most talented, emerging jewelry designers in America, made Brinsmaids the retail benchmark of designer branding concepts.  Brinsmaids has been featured in every major trade publication.  Scott has been honored with numerous awards for retail design innovation and excellence.

Now, as an independent consultant, focusing on original design and creative collaboration, Scott presents his newest creations to New Canaan in a special evening dedicated to the beauty and fascination of gem stones and precious metals. Religious jewelry will be featured, alongside selected items created by Scott’s son, a glass blower.  The Lion’s Den own collection – with special attention to the Washington National Cathedral’s designer Cynthia Gale - will also be on display.

The evening begins at 7 pm, with a short talk by Scott at 7:45.  Refreshments will be served.  This event will take place in The Lion’s Den and the St. Mark’s Library.  A portion of the proceeds from this evening will benefit New Canaan’s Food Pantry.
