May Fair Week - Drop Off Items - Help Sort, Shelve and Price Items

 

Bring your donations to Morrill Hall, Sunday, May 4th. We will also accept items Monday through Wednesday.  There’s always so much to do to prepare for the sale; drop in anytime during the week.  No need to call ahead – just come and we’ll put you to work.  Lunch will be served daily to volunteers.  We will have complimentary childcare on Thursday from 9-3pm.  Don’t forget:  we have AIR CONDITIONING! Below is an outline of what needs to be done and when:

Volunteer to sell food and goods.
Volunteers to pick up WE from storage. White Elephant Set up and pricing. Set up Plants, tables, and tents on Great Lawn.
Many hands needed.  Pick up truck, SUVs and Vans helpful! Volunteer to unload furniture and boxes. Volunteer to unload boxes, shelve and sort items. Volunteer to unpack, sort, and shelve items. Volunteer to unpack, clean, and shelve items. Volunteer to clean, shelve, and price items. Volunteer to price and merchandise items. 9:30am to 3:30 pm for White Elephant Sale.  Volunteers needed to sell items.
