Welcome

St. Mark’s Episcopal Church is a community that is seeking a deeper life in Christ, a more holy communion with one another and a greater love for the world.  We are growing in Spirit, number and ministry as we pursue our business of making disciples who live to give for the love of God.

We gather for Sunday worship at 8am, 10am, and 5pm, using the sacred liturgies of the Book of Common Prayer.  There is Bible Study at 9am, Church School at 10am, fellowship at 11am and Youth Groups at 4 and 6pm.  Music is an important part of our communal spiritual life and we are pleased to host Chanticleer, believing such sounds are pleasing not only to us but to God.

We are a community of prayer and action.  From the silence of Christian meditation to the wonderful mayhem of May Fair we seek to serve the community of New Canaan and beyond.  We believe our calling is to not only to feed hungry souls with the grace of God, but by hosting the Food Bank, to feed hungry people with nutritious food for their bodies.  We seek to serve head, heart and hand through the Lion’s Den Bookstore, Camp Hand-in-Hand, and many other ministries.

We invite you to help us help you on your journey.  You can learn more about us by attending one of the Sunday liturgies, by taking one of the red information folders, or being in touch with us by phone (203) 966-4515 or by learning about us on this website. (www.stmarksnewcanaan.org)
