Outreach Grants Commission

The mission of the Outreach Grants Commission is grounded in the mission of St. Mark’s: “To go and make disciples who live a deeper life in Christ, a more holy communion with one another and a greater love for the world.” The purpose of the Commission is to evaluate and recommend to the Vestry of St. Mark’s the ways in which outreach grant resources can best make a positive impact, in Christ’s name, locally and in the world around us.

The budget for outreach grants is supported by a portion of the proceeds from St. Mark’s annual May Fair. May Fair brings together hundreds of volunteers, all working toward the common goal of raising funds to support our Christian mission. It has been a tradition at St. Mark’s for 74 years.
